checking and documentation

If required we generate test reports on produced parts from which the requested test values can be seen. This supersedes a second checking by the customer.

Depending on the workpiece we do the testing on our CNC measuring machine which is located in an air-conditioned inspection room.

In addition to the technical quality of a workpiece we also regard costs and delivery time as quality features. Each order is tracked by a production data acquisition system   during the whole production sequence. Thus we ensure on schedule delivery and exact cost allocating.
